If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will not be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or rebook the tour at your convenience.

 

4. Insurance

All participants in our tours are covered by liability insurance. However, we recommend that you carry your own travel insurance to cover any personal belongings or unforeseen events.

 

5. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour. Please inform your tour guide of any medical conditions or requirements before the tour begins. Participants must follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times.
